We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously (in the background) or while you are actively using the application. This data is specifically collected to track your cardio routes, distance, and pace, even when your device is locked or the app is minimized.
To provide our core features, we collect information you voluntarily provide, including account details, workout logs, and nutrition history. You may permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly within the application's settings menu.
